I’m Dani — a Somatic breathwork practitioner, nervous system coach,

and intuitive guide.

I help people break self-sabotaging patterns by working with the body, the nervous system, and the deeper layers underneath conscious awareness.

So you don’t just understand yourself more…

You actually start living differently.

My Story

 

There was a time in my life where I didn’t feel safe in my own body.

And I didn’t even realize that’s what it was.

For over a decade, I struggled with a debilitating eating disorder — what I now understand was a kind of "slow suicide".

On the outside, I looked disciplined. Controlled. Put together.

But underneath that, I was exhausted… disconnected… and constantly at war with myself.

I lived in perfectionism.

Everything had to be “right.”
Everything had to be controlled.

And if it wasn’t… I felt like I was unraveling.

I couldn’t sleep.
My nervous system was always on edge.
I was reactive in my relationships…
or completely shut down.

Especially in intimacy (which I rarely allowed into my life).

I would either lose myself…
or disappear completely.

And the truth is… I didn’t know what safety felt like in my body.

It had been robbed from me at such a young age that I didn’t even have a reference point for it.

I used to joke that I didn’t like people — only animals.

But the truth was…

I didn’t like myself.


And I didn’t actually know who I was underneath everything I had learned to be.

I could feel that there was something deeper in me.

Something more honest.
More grounded.
More real.

But I didn’t know how to access it.

And no amount of thinking, analyzing, or trying to “fix” myself was getting me there.

Everything began to shift when I stopped trying to control my way into healing…

and started learning how to feel.

How to be in my body.
How to regulate my nervous system.
How to process what I had been carrying for years.

It wasn’t instant.

But it was real.

For the first time, I started to feel something I had never truly known before:

Safety.

Not because everything around me changed…

But because something inside of me did.

And from that place, everything else began to shift.

My relationship with myself.
My relationships with others.
My ability to trust what I felt — and follow it.

Along the way, I also reconnected with my intuitive gifts — including working with the Akashic Records and Spirit Teams — which allowed me to access deeper layers of truth behind the patterns I had been living in.

But what I came to understand is this:

Insight alone doesn’t create change.

Because no matter how much you understand…

If your body doesn’t feel safe, you will go back to what it knows.

That’s why the work I guide now is rooted in the body.

Because that’s where everything finally started to change for me.

And it’s what allows change to actually last.

My Method

Most approaches focus on helping you understand yourself.

But understanding isn’t the same as change.

Real change happens when your body feels safe enough
to respond differently than it has before.

That’s why my work is not about fixing you, analyzing you, or trying to force breakthroughs.

It’s about creating the conditions where your system can soften, open, and reorganize naturally.

Inside my work, we’re not chasing transformation.

We’re allowing it.

Through a blend of Somatic breathwork, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and intuitive guidance…

We work at the level where patterns actually live —
so what shifts isn’t something you have to maintain…

It’s something that becomes natural.

This is not about doing more.

It’s about relating to yourself differently —
in a way your body can actually trust.

You feel your emotions without being overwhelmed by them

But because you’re no longer operating from the same patterns.

This work isn’t about how “far along” you are.

You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to have done this before.
You don’t need to know how to “do it right.”

And it will only open to the depth that feels safe.

My role is to guide and support that process —
not to push it.
