This personalized EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping session combines intuitive coaching and guided tapping to help you uncover and address the underlying beliefs, emotions, patterns, and nervous system responses that may be impacting your wellbeing, relationships, confidence, or ability to move forward. We'll begin by exploring what you're currently experiencing and gently identifying the root issue beneath the surface. From there, I'll create a customized EFT tapping sequence specifically for you, allowing us to work directly with the emotions, beliefs, fears, self-sabotaging patterns, or energetic blocks that are ready to be released. EFT Tapping combines modern psychology with acupressure points on the body and can be a powerful tool for reducing stress, calming the nervous system, processing emotions, increasing self-compassion, and creating new empowering beliefs. This session is perfect if you're: • Struggling with anxiety, stress, overwhelm, or self-doubt • Feeling stuck in recurring patterns or limiting beliefs • Navigating a life transition or difficult decision • Working through fears, emotional triggers, or past experiences • Wanting practical tools to support your healing journey At the end of our session, you'll receive a recording of your personalized tapping sequence so you can continue reinforcing the work on your own. You'll have access to the replay for 30 days, allowing your nervous system to deepen the healing and integration long after our time together. Cancellation Policy
BOOKING, CANCELLATION & WAITLIST POLICY Thank you for honoring both your time and mine. These policies help create a smooth experience for everyone. BOOKING POLICY Appointments must be booked in advance through the online scheduling system. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients and appointments. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the session or appointment fee. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will result in the forfeiture of the session or appointment fee. Exceptions may be considered for true emergencies at the sole discretion of Miracle Methods Healing. PACKAGE SESSION POLICY Package sessions must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase. Expired sessions do not roll over and are non-refundable. Sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased the package. WAITLIST POLICY If an appointment becomes available, clients on the waitlist may be notified and offered the open time slot. Waitlist openings are offered on a first-available basis and are not guaranteed. Once a waitlist appointment is accepted, standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.
