Cancellation Policy

BOOKING, CANCELLATION & WAITLIST POLICY Thank you for honoring both your time and mine. These policies help create a smooth experience for everyone. BOOKING POLICY Appointments must be booked in advance through the online scheduling system. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients and appointments. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the session or appointment fee. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will result in the forfeiture of the session or appointment fee. Exceptions may be considered for true emergencies at the sole discretion of Miracle Methods Healing. PACKAGE SESSION POLICY Package sessions must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase. Expired sessions do not roll over and are non-refundable. Sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased the package. WAITLIST POLICY If an appointment becomes available, clients on the waitlist may be notified and offered the open time slot. Waitlist openings are offered on a first-available basis and are not guaranteed. Once a waitlist appointment is accepted, standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.
